The free tools need no account and set no cookies. The Pro AI tools process text under zero retention and keep it only in your own history when you ask.

Free tools
The free tools do not require an account and do not ask who you are. We do not collect, store or look at the files you process with them, and we do not keep copies of the results: the only copy is the one you download. The free tool pages set no cookies and load no advertising trackers.
AI tools
The AI writing tools send your text over an encrypted connection to our servers, which forward it to our AI provider, Anthropic. Anthropic's commercial terms do not allow it to train models on that text; it may keep requests for a limited period to detect abuse, as described in Anthropic's privacy policy. We record the tool used, the time and token counts for billing and abuse prevention.
If "Save to my history" is on, the input and result are stored in your account so you can reopen them. With it off, we keep no copy of the text. Batch runs always save each result to your history, because that is how you collect them; the provider's copy of a batch is deleted once the results are collected. Documents you pin to a Project are stored in your account until you remove them. You can delete any run, pinned document or your whole history at any time.
If you choose "Mask personal details", names, emails, numbers and similar details are swapped for placeholders before the text is sent, and the originals are put back only on your screen. The Basic mode on some AI tools downloads a small model to your browser once, and its text is not sent to us or to the provider.
Free AI runs
Each AI tool can be run once without an account. To keep that to one run per visitor, we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address, and a separate hash of its network block, with the tool's name; never the address itself. The same hash is stored with the welcome credits a new account receives, so they are claimed once. These hashes are deleted after 90 days. When Cloudflare Turnstile is switched on for the AI pages, it checks that a request comes from a person; that check is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple; we never see or store a password. From the provider we keep the account identifier, your email address, display name and profile picture URL. Sessions use one first-party, HttpOnly cookie. Files appear in "Saved files" only when you press Save or Upload; they are stored on Cloudflare in the same region as our servers, are visible only to you, and are deleted when you delete them or your account.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We store your Stripe customer id, plan status and credit balance.
Deleting your data
Delete history and files from your account page. To delete the account itself, email us from the signed-in address and we remove every record, including saved files, within 7 days.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use advertising trackers. Free tool pages set no cookies. Signed-in sessions use a first-party cookie for authentication only.
