It returned empty text. Why?
The PDF is probably a scan with no text layer. Use the OCR PDF tool to recognise the text first.
Does it keep the layout?
It keeps reading order and line breaks but not columns, tables or fonts. For layout, use PDF to Word.
Is there a page limit?
No. Any length works; long documents just take a moment longer.
