The FFmpeg engine (about 33 MB) loads once on first use and is cached for instant starts later.
Is there a file-size limit?
No. Big files are read a piece at a time and results are written as they are made, so multi-GB videos work without running out of memory. Re-encoding a long video simply takes longer.
How do I install the ringtone on an iPhone?
Connect to a Mac or PC, drag the .m4r into the Tones section in Finder or iTunes, then choose it in Settings › Sounds.
